General:

Real World Web endeavours to co-operate fully with any formal legal requests from any government authority in Britain and the USA.

It is feasible that matters outside of our control may affect the availabilty of services provided. You agree not to hold Real World Web LLC or Real world Web LTD responsible for any damages or losses financial and otherwise arising directly or indirectly from unavailabily of services provided.

Hosting restrictions:

Real World web can't accept any content it knows to be adult in nature (pornography), racist or otherwise promoting intolerance. In the event of any complaints we reserve the right to suspend hosting accounts and services whilst the complaint is investigated.

We cannot allow activity or use that is unlawful or detrimental to others. We reserve the right to suspend account(s) and service(s) at any time, at no point will Real World Web be liable for any loses from such action or consequences from it. A pro-rata refund may be offered if it becomes necessary to terminate the account/service.

Payment policy:

We only ask for payments on outstanding invoices. We do not accept payments for goods or services not yet received or deposits not explictly agreed too. Payment is due within 14 days from the date on the invoice. If payment in full is not received within 14 days from the date on the invoice any services or invoiced items supplied by Real World Web LLC or Real World Web LTD may be suspended, deleted or withdrawn at the sole discretion of Real World Web LLC or Real World Web LTD. At the descretion of Real World Web LLC or Real World Web LTD overdue outstanding balances on past invoices may prevent further purchases of additional services or items.

Bounced checks:

If a check is returned by the bank (bounced) when deposited then a $20 administration fee will be applied to the outstanding balance each time this occurs. This is to reflect the bank charges, time and effort involved in re-presenting payment. The original invoice may be amended and re-issued to reflect the addition of the administration fee(s) or a separate invoice may be issued to solely reflect the administration fee(s). The check will be re-presented to the bank for further attempts to deposit it as many times as feasible. Outstanding invoices funds have not been sucessfully deposited into the account are not deemed as having been paid and are subject to the polcies above.

Refund Policy

We only ask for payments on outstanding invoices. We do not accept payments for goods or services not yet received or deposits not explictly agreed too. The payment page is protected by a password issued to customers only.

Only settle the invoice if you agree the amounts are due and you fully accept the goods or services detailed on the invoice, including any errors or ommisions contained within any items. Payment is considered full acceptance of the goods or services as detailed on the invoice to which the payment corresponds.

As such refunds should not normally be necessary. Pro-rata refunds less administration charges (currently $15.00 or £10.71 or 5% of the invoice total, which ever is the greater) may be available for services canceled with what Real World Web agrees is a good reason part way through their paid period.
